Terms: All orders are accepted on the basis of payment received within thirty (30) days after shipment. A packing slip and invoice is enclosed with each shipment. Purchases should be paid for by individual invoice. Thirty (30) days after shipment any outstanding balance will be subject to a carrying charge of one and one-half (11⁄2%) percent per month, equal to the amount of eighteen (18%) percent per annum. Payment: North American orders are accepted on the basis of payment within thirty (30) days after shipment. Some foreign orders must be pre-paid in advance of shipment.
