Final Comments:
Final records show a functional Class I occlusion with maximum intercuspation, incisal guidance, and immediate canine disclusion. The profile has been improved with better lip support, and an improved anterior projection of the menton. It was suggested to the patient and his parents that they consider a genioplasty to improve the profile correction, at the same time that the patient undergoes surgical extraction of his 4 wisdom teeth. |
