Clinical Applications

Anchorage Management - Lace Back Application
Manage anchorage creatively and efficiently with Trillium.

Trillium Hooks can be easily positioned adjacent to molars for effective lace back / tie back / cinch back applications.

Lace Back Application
Trillium Hooks are positioned mesially and in tight contact with the lower left and right first molar SPEED Convertible Tubes.

A ligature tie from the hook on the Convertible Tube to the stem of the Trillium hook provides anchorage for the molar and will prevent undesired spaces from opening during the finishing stages of treatment.

Anchorage Management - Powerchain Alternative
Gain space and keep it. Install a Trillium Hook in seconds at any location on the archwire to manage anchorage.

Once spaces are closed, elastic wear from Trillium Hooks to brackets can be maintained throughout treatment to keep segments closed.

Powerchain Alternative
Trillium Hooks are installed distal to the canines in the upper arch. Elastic traction is applied from the Trillium Hook to the upper second molar to keep spaces closed.
